Our founder

Our founder Latoya Stewart, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Maryland. She has been actively practicing for 15 years. Her expertise is grounded in clinically based and mindfulness practices. Her unique approach to Wellness fueled her to build and create This Goes Out to You! This Goes Out to You! was grounded in the fundamentals she learned while attending the Illustrious HBCU, Morgan State University, School of Social Work. Their educational practices were grounded in the belief that everyone deserves access to resources, supports and services. Latoya believes the same as it pertains to your mental and emotional health. Latoya believes that we are all deserving and should have access to tools that support and cater to our unique needs and grows with us as we grow.
