We are a holistic, clinically sound, mental/emotional Health Private Practice located in Parkville, Maryland. We offer a wide range of clinically based supports and services to adults 17 plus, who may be struggling with life transitions, grief, anxiety, depressive/mood related symptoms, trauma informed, health-informed and interpersonal deficits. Along with individual, couples, marriage, and family service connections, we provide monthly Mindfulness Therapeutic Group Sessions for our clients and the community to promote practice and development of emotion regulation skills set and management of somatic health. Our services are grounded in Mindfulness-Based, Strength-Based, and trauma informed care. We take pride in actively listening, teaching, supporting, and guiding our clients on their individual wellness journeys through psychotherapy, community outreach, and wellness product distribution. Job Description:

As a Telehealth Therapist you will be responsible for providing online counseling/therapy services to individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Through secure video conferencing, you will offer compassionate support, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

    •    Conduct telehealth assessments to gather client information and formulate treatment plans

    •    Provide individual counseling/therapy sessions via video conferencing platforms

    •    Offer evidence-based interventions to help clients manage mental health concerns

    •    Collaborate with clients to set goals and monitor progress throughout the treatment process

    •    Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines

    •    Stay up-to-date with advancements in telehealth practices and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

Requirements:

    •    Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field

    •    Active licensure as a mental health professional ( (LCSW-C, LPC, LMHC, LMFT)

    •    Minimum of 2 years of experience in providing counseling or therapy services

    •    Proficient in using telehealth platforms and technologies

    •    Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions

    •    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    •    Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of professionalism in a remote environment
