Booking questions?
Booking your initial new client session will allow the clinician and client to gain clarity about goals and expectations. Clients should expect to connect weekly/bi-weekly for in-depth assessment, check in, follow up, general progression and tools practice/development.
Cost for service?
We currently accept Medicaid, Johns Hopkins EHP, Aetna, Cigna, Optum and self-pay as payment options. Please email admin@thisgoesouttoyou.org or submit a form on the contact page to inquire or express interest in being connected to services.
Are all sessions virtual ?
No, we offer virtual and in person sessions. If your session is virtual, a link will be emailed during the client intake process for sign-up on our secured Patient Portal. In person sessions have limited availability. All sessions are confidential unless someone poses a threat to themselves/ someone else or otherwise court ordered.
How do I schedule an appointment?
To schedule an appointment clients may use the “ Scheduling an Appointment” tab for a direct link for availability. For scheduling support please email admin@thisisgoesouttoyou.org. Please be mindful that client session scheduling is based on client request, clinician availability, and confirmation from both parties (client/ office staff). Once confirmation from both parties is received a telephonic and/or email appointment reminder is sent to the client for a general reminder.
What if I do not complete required forms during the intake process?
All new clients must complete required documentation and consent forms 24 hours prior to their first session. Failure to comply will result in appointment cancellation. A reminder email to submit forms is sent 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
What is your late/ refund policy?
Clients will be charged a $50 fee for no show’s. You may reschedule depending on availability. Failure to make requested payment may result in cancellation of future appointments. Clients are given a 10 minute grace period. No exceptions.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please be mindful of our cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Failure to comply will result in a charged $50 fee and/or cancellation of future appointments.
When are Commitment to Wellness Packages available?
Commitment to Wellness Packages are available for purchase quarterly throughout the year. Please see the Commitment to Wellness Packages page to purchase.
Do I have to pay additional for requested documentation completion?
Clients are provided with one complimentary completion of medical, legal, and general need documentation/write up at clients request. All request, following initial request are subject to a $25 fee required at the time of request.
